You will:

Support individuals at job sites, in the community, and at our office Build weekly schedules based on client goals and strengths Lead and support a team of job coaches Serve as the main contact for families, teams, and employers Write and maintain Individual Support Plans (ISPs) Step in to coach on-site when needed Track service hours and ensure accurate documentation Help clients grow in independence and life skills What We're Looking For 3+ years experience supporting individuals with disabilities Strong organization and communication skills Ability to lead, problem-solve, and adapt Valid driver's license + reliable vehicle Comfortable supporting behavior and skill development Preferred Degree in human services, psychology, or related field Supervisory experience CPR/First Aid certified Bilingual (English/Spanish) Why This Role Matters You'll play a key role in helping people build confidence, independence, and meaningful work in their community. Pay:

Up to $22.00 per hour
