Job Description:
Project Manager responsible for leading cross-functional projects from quoting through production handoff for injection molding programs within the medical industry . Job Requirements Understanding of Plastic Injection mold tooling Several years of experience leading cross-functional teams through program launch Experience with timeline management tools such as MS Project, Gantt charts, or equivalent Experience managing suppliers, including mold makers and material suppliers Experience managing project budgets Experience reviewing part designs for draft, side-actions, and basic manufacturability requirements Understanding of mold features related to part geometry Understanding of basic mold construction and mold design review Experience with medical molding Experience in the medical market Understanding of manufacturing processes and Advanced Product Quality Planning Preferred Skills Silicone molding experience LSR or LIM molding experience Experience with Design of Experiments Experience with capability studies Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
