Location:
Milwaukee County, WI Children's Long Term Support (CLTS) is a federally funded Medicaid program serving the needs of children who have a developmental, physical, or a severe emotional disability. Our team is responsible for managing a caseload of children who are at risk of out of home placement. LSS is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead our CLTS team, providing leadership to care coordinators while ensuring highquality, compliant, familycentered services. What You'll Do Ensure service quality
  • Oversee compliance with practice standards, policies, licensing requirements, and funder guidelines; monitor updates and ensure timely implementation. Lead staff development
  • Identify training needs, provide coaching, conduct performance evaluations, and support staff in meeting contract and service expectations. Provide clinical oversight
  • Conduct case consultations and record reviews; ensure accurate, timely documentation that supports billing and reporting. Support direct service
  • Provide coverage as needed and address client concerns related to service delivery. Drive program outcomes
  • Track required outcomes, assist in defining program goals, and ensure productivity standards are met. Manage daily operations
  • Develop schedules, delegate work, set priorities, and support staff in daytoday functioning aligned with agency strategies. Recruit and onboard staff
  • Partner with Human Capital to interview, hire, and onboard direct service employees. Foster team culture
  • Build trusting relationships, facilitate regular staff meetings, encourage autonomy and critical thinking, and hold staff accountable. Support organizational change
  • Provide feedback on change initiatives, implement updates, and model adaptability. Oversee financial performance
  • Review billing reports, troubleshoot issues with Business Services, monitor revenue and expenses, and participate in budget development. Engage the community
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, represent LSS publicly, and educate the community about available services. Coordinate referrals
  • Receive, track, and manage referrals efficiently for your service area. Promote safety and compliance
  • Identify and resolve risks, ensure safe environments, and uphold agencywide policies and procedures. Collaborate across LSS
  • Work with other leaders to support One LSS and contribute to agencywide initiatives. Perform additional duties
  • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned to support program and agency success.
