(PREV WF), GS-0101-12, you will: Using issue specific expertise, acts as the program da analyst on Integred Primary Prevention(IPP) as applied to Healthy Climes/Cultures promotion and Harassment prevention. Advances policies outside of the existing military Equal Opportunity (EO) and Equal Employment Opportunity(EEO) offices for equities specific to Healthy Climes/Cultures and Harassment primary prevention. Facilites dialog between ste programs, divisions, directores, and other areas to capture existing upstream drivers and measures relevant to the earliest prevention of harassment and promotion of healthy climes/cultures. Maintains insight into the Nional Guard Bureau (NGB) IPP office to track efforts, measurements, and councils. Consults with and obtains consensus with

cell. Supports the Joint Force Headquarters' (JFHQ) Primary Prevention Officer in the development and execution of The Adjutant General's (TAG) primary prevention stregic plan. Assists IPP Officer, TAG, Assistant TAG, directore, and division-level Leadership with da-informed decisions to appropriely resource Healthy Climes/Cultures and Harassment primary prevention activities and requirements throughout the ste. Establishes, revises, and reviews policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organizional design to elimine barriers to mission accomplishment. Develops performance measures to meet stutory and regulory compliance, implements quality improvement plans, and assesses the effectiveness of TAG's integred primary prevention program. Advise leaders all levels of best practices and evidence-based programs, policies, and plans th increase primary prevention capacity within their organizions. Conducts educional sessions and briefings for JFHQ Leadership and JFHQ SMEs regarding the primary prevention of harassment and promotion of healthy climes/cultures. Works within IPP Officer to eleve promising practices within the ste th rele to the primary prevention of harassment and promotion of healthy climes/cultures and report findings up to NGB. Coordines multidisciplinary evaluions. Consults with managers in areas th impact Healthy Climes/Cultures and Harassment to ensure integred prevention trainings are synchronized to promote and incorpore evidence-based practices and learning objectives and are designed for the Nional Guard (NG) with cross-functional impact. Assists with IPP needs assessments. Collects qualitive and quantitive da from Wing/Region activities relive to integred Healthy Climes/Culture promotion and Harassment prevention to ensure program fidelity. Utilizes outcome da and metrics from the civilian sector within their S/T/DC or region for comparison to NG da. Works with other JFHQ divisions and offices to evalue relevant NG programs for effectiveness and impact to the primary prevention of harassment and promotion of healthy climes/cultures efforts. Reviews environmental/clime qualitive and quantitive survey da collected. Maintains an understanding of EO, EEO, and other Human Resource policies and the working dynamics between primary prevention and response. Maintains collaborive relionships with the JFHQ, Wing, and Brigade (BDE) EO and EEO personnel, NGB, and other relevant support programs. Has an in-depth knowledge of the programs, policies, and processes which drive Army Nional Guard (ARNG) and Air Nional Guard (ANG) harassment claims case management and response programming within their S/T/DC. Maintains a parallel and clearly defined supporting role to the
JFHQ EO/EEO
office's da collection efforts, and advoces prevention messaging with sensitivity to pre-existing trauma. Coordines with Ste Equal Employment Managers (SEEMs) to secure access to de-identified da th used for developing products, stistical analysis, tracking, reporting, evaluing program effectiveness, and conducting research for the primary prevention of harassment and promotion of healthy climes/cultures. Supports and participes in ste-level committees, boards, and working groups. Provides Healthy Climes/Cultures promotion and Harassment prevention da to Wing/Region Primary Prevention Integrors (PPIs), all councils and boards within the S/T/DC in coordinion with and as requested by the IPP Officer. Coordines with EO/EEO response personnel to ensure alignment of messaging to JFHQ council or board leadership regarding Healthy Climes/Cultures and Harassment. Serves as the Wing/Region PPI's point of contact for all Healthy Climes/Cultures and Harassment prevention efforts and conducts Site Assistance Visits (SAVs) to the Wings and Regions as required.
