This position is loced the JFHQ-Ste reporting to the Primary Prevention Officer. The purpose of this position is to directly support the development and execution of policies, programs, and procedures implementing integred primary prevention activities reling to sexual violence, averting harm or abuse before it occurs. Identifies risk and protective factors th lead to or protect against unhealthy or unsafe behaviors. Promote or mitige actions reling to environmental exposure. Due to the specialty nure of these roles this position reports to the Primary Prevention Officer.
MAJOR DUTIES
1. Using issue specific expertise, acts as the program da analyst on Integred Primary Prevention (IPP) as applied to sexual violence prevention. Advances policies outside of the existing Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) office for equities specific to sexual violence primary prevention. Facilites dialogue between ste programs, divisions, directores, and other areas to capture existing upstream drivers and measures relevant to the earliest prevention of sexual violence. Maintains insight into the Nional Guard Bureau (NGB) IPP office to track efforts, measurements, and councils. Supports engagement in existing ste tools and programs. Establishes measures of effectiveness in the primary prevention of sexual violence. Consults with and obtains consensus with

cell. Supports the Joint Force Headquarters' the Primary Prevention Officer in the development and execution of The Adjutant General's (TAG) primary prevention stregic plan. Assists TAG, Assistant
TAG, IPP
Officer, directore, and division-level leadership with da-informed courses of action to appropriely resource sexual violence primary prevention activities and requirements throughout the ste. Establishes, revises, and reviews policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organizional design to elimine barriers to mission accomplishment. 2. Assists with IPP needs assessments. Collects qualitive and quantitive da. Conducts continual collection and analyses of S/T/DC, Wing/Region activities relive to integred sexual violence prevention to ensure program fidelity. Utilizes outcome da and metrics from the civilian sector within their S/T/DC or region for comparison to NG da. Works with other JFHQ Directores and offices to evalue relevant NG programs for effectiveness and impact on the primary prevention of sexual violence. Reviews homogeneous environmental/clime survey da (collected from Wing/Brigade) analyzes for sexual violence outcomes, and shares findings with approprie stakeholders. Recommends changes to surveys and trainings (qualitive and quantitive), as approprie, to ensure maximum insight into NG sexual violence da. Obtains approval for training or evaluion revisions from NGB counterpart. 3. Maintains an understanding of SAPR policies and the working dynamics between primary prevention and response. Maintains collaborive relionships with the JFHQ, Air Nional Guard (ANG) Wing/ Army Nional Guard (ARNG) Brigade SAPR program managers, the NGB Sexual Violence Primary Prevention SME, and other relevant support programs. Has an in-depth knowledge of the programs, policies, and processes which drive ARNG and ANG sexual assault case management and response programming within their S/T/DC. Maintains a parallel and clearly defined supporting role to the
JFHQ SAPR
office's da collection efforts and champions prevention messaging with sensitivity to pre-existing trauma. Coordines with Sexual Assault Response Coordinors (SARCs) to secure access to de-identified da th used for developing products, stistical analysis, tracking, reporting, evaluing program effectiveness, and conducting research for the primary prevention of sexual violence. 4. Supports and participes in ste-level committees, boards, and working groups. Provides sexual violence prevention da to Wing/Region Primary Prevention Integrors (PPIs). Provides sexual violence prevention metrics to all councils and boards within the S/T/DC in coordinion with and as requested by the IPP Officer. Coordines with SARC to ensure alignment of messaging to JFHQ council or board leadership regarding sexual violence. Serves as the Wing/Region PPI's point of contact for all sexual violence prevention efforts and conducts Site Assistance Visits (SAVs) to the Wing/Region's as required. Assists the
