POSITION SUMMARY
Shenandoah Community Health is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative 340B Coordinator to support the oversight and daily operations of our 340B program. This role ensures program integrity through coordination across pharmacy, finance, compliance, and leadership, while helping SCH maximize the benefits of the 340B program in support of patient care. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, pharmacy experience, and a commitment to regulatory compliance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support day-to-day operations of SCH's 340B program to ensure compliance with federal requirements Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (including contract pharmacies and vendors) to maintain program integrity Assist with monitoring and auditing 340B transactions, processes, and workflows Maintain accurate program records and support audit readiness activities Help manage relationships with third-party administrators (TPAs) and address operational or data issues Support contract pharmacy oversight, including reviewing performance and compliance expectations Track and analyze program performance, utilization, and savings Contribute to staff education and training related to 340B program processes Stay informed on updates to 340B regulations and guidelines and help implement necessary changes
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Current West Virginia Pharmacy Technician license (or eligibility) High school diploma or GED Experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare setting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Preferred:
Experience with 340B programs or healthcare compliance Knowledge of pharmacy systems or data reporting tools Multi-state pharmacy technician licensure (WV/VA) Completion of 340B University or similar training
