Job Description

Asbestos Project Manager Satori Group Inc Anchorage, Alaska Position Overview A Project Manager in the Remediation Division at Satori Group oversees field and office operations for Satori's hazardous materials removal services. They ensure safety, compliance, project efficiency, and provide leadership for their team. This role includes project procurement, strategic planning, field supervision, hiring, and client and staff coordination in a fast-paced and regulated environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily field remediation operations.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to improve safety and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
  • Monitor procurement and inventory of project materials and equipment.
  • Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other safety/environmental regulations.
  • Lead project bidding efforts, manage departmental/project budgets, and oversee post-project cost analysis.
  • Assign and supervise fieldwork, managing staffing and resources effectively.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate progress, safety, and adherence to protocol.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project issues on site.
  • Enforce health and safety policies and lead a safety-first culture.
  • Ensure certifications and training for all employees are up to date.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective action plans.
  • Recruit, train, mentor and conduct performance evaluations for site supervisors and crew.
  • Support business development and growth in both divisions by providing technical expertise for proposals, maintain & develop key client relations, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
