Job Description

Cape Fox subsidiary, Eagle Health, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior Intake Officer / Project Manager to join our team in support of a federal government client. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while overseeing intake operations, managing workflow efficiency, supporting application processing, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials, conducting quality assurance and compliance reviews, preparing reports and metrics, and supporting program sustainment and process improvements. This position is contingent upon the award. The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position is: $140.9-$142K The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Core Duties:
Provides the above support Oversees program workflow and intake operations Develop SOPs and training materials Conducts quality assurance, compliance checks Leads program sustainment and modernization Oversee daily intake operations and maintain workflow efficiency Captured institutional knowledge by documenting legacy processes and tribal-specific enrollment considerations Must develop, update, and maintain SOPs, manuals, and workflow guidance Recommend policy or procedural adjustments to improve accuracy, timelines, and public service Provide training to new and existing staff on updated procedures and best practices Lead transition planning to ensure resilience in staffing disruptions, retirements, or organizational changes Develop SOPs and additional procedural documentation to stabilize the office long-term Serve as a point of contact for technical and administrative questions Conduct periodic audits for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies Ensure adherence to the government tribal enrollment and records management regulations Maintain full compliance with privacy and safeguard standards Monthly application processing metrics (volumes, turnaround times, QA findings) Ad hoc reports on application trends, system performance, and operational constraints Regular (minimum weekly) updates to the Alaska Region Enrollment database reflecting application progress and determinations
Job Requirements Requirements :
Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences, Records Management, Information Management, or a related field required; master's Minimum of 5+ years of experience in intake operations, enrollment processing, records management, program coordination, project support, or a related administrative field. At least 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 level supporting workflow management, application processing, quality assurance, compliance reviews, reporting, SOP development, training, or records management Experience supporting federal government programs preferred Experience developing SOPs, manuals, workflow guidance, training materials, and process improvement recommendations preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy Experience in administrative processing, records management, and customer service Knowledge of Alaska Native communities, tribal enrollment, and genealogical research (preferred) Ability to collaborate with tribal representatives and federal staff Experience in policy development Must pass a background investigation successfully Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 Cape Fox Corporation, its subsidiaries, and affiliates provide equal employment opportunities to all persons and prohibit employment decisions on the basis of race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, or sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
