Job Description

Senior Project Manager Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be pivotal in driving the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Focus:
Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives and timelines are met. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and architects to establish project scope, resources, and schedules. Develop and oversee project budgets and financial performance, including cost estimations and monitoring. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and licensing requirements. Manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors, negotiating terms to ensure profitable and quality outcomes. Provide regular updates on project status to all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and open communication. Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and project proposals to ensure comprehensive planning. Allocate and manage resources effectively, maintaining a focus on efficiency and budgetary constraints.
Skill Set:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior project management capacity. PMP certification preferred. Proficient with construction management software and MS Office Suite. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively. Excellent communication skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships and leading project teams.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
