Job Description NANA Construction is seeking a skilled and dependable candidate to assist project managers to civil construction projects and remote gravel pit operations in remote Alaska. Tasks will include tracking crew time, managing multi-sector SWPPP's, tracking project quantities, logistics, facilitating airport badging, requisitions, and solving any problem that is impeding smooth operation of the project. This role requires Candidates must be comfortable working long hours in remote locations, in extreme weather conditions, and team-oriented job sites. Responsibilities Assist managers with requisitions Assist managers with crew's timecards Assist managers tracking quantities on unit price jobs Assist managers tracking crew time and equipment on T&M jobs Manage multi-sector SWPPP Authorized Signer for DOT Airport badges Pick up freight from carriers Deliver freight/supplies to shop and staging areas for delivery to remote jobsites Other duties as assigned Equipment Maintenance & Safety Perform daily equipment inspections. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite. Follow all company safety policies, OSHA standards, DOT regulations,MSHA regulations,and site-specific requirements. Work safely in extreme weather and uneven terrain. Immediately report all Incidents/Accidents, no matter how small, to their Supervisor. Other duties that are pertinent to the department or unit's success also may be assigned. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Management, Finance, or directly related from an accredited institution. Minimum (5) years experience managing Multi-Sector SWPPP. Current AOA or SIDA badge & background check or able to pass background check and obtain

airport badge in Ralph Wein Memorial Airport. CESCL or ability to obtain a CESCL within first month of employment. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under vehicle insurance policy. Ability to work independently and as part of a crew in remote locations. Strong work ethic, reliability, and adaptability to changing site conditions. Remote or camp-based work experience preferred. Advanced skillset with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
