Job Description

As a Facilities Project Management Branch Chief, you will oversee project management related to Engineering and Architecture, cost estimation, land port of entry programs, historic preservation projects, General Business and Operations projects, and customer operations projects. The Office of Facilities Management (OFM) is responsible for the construction, alteration, and maintenance of federal buildings. We are currently filling 8 vacancies, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
Qualifications:

The GS-14 salary range starts at $125,776 per year. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.
S PECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
leading multidisciplinary teams (professional, technical, administrative and trades) in the overall administration and management of repair and alteration projects. Such experience must include managing the entire project life cycle, i.e., project planning, construction scheduling, construction logistics, budgeting, estimating, cost analysis and control, utilization of resource allocation models to develop cost and personnel budgets, conducting contract negotiations, contract administration and close-out.
