We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products with a seamless customer experience. We're looking for a Project Manager to take charge of our post-sale workflow—from site checks and deliveries to service calls and install scheduling. Position Overview This is a full-time equivalent 1099 contractor role for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys managing moving parts, and is comfortable working independently. You'll be the link between the sales team, operations, and the customer, ensuring every job gets measured, scheduled, and completed without a hitch. The schedule is flexible. As long as site checks, deliveries, and installs stay on track, you can plan your days around your own rhythm. Remote admin work is often possible when there are no deliveries or in-home visits. What You'll Do Post-Sale Site Checks (1-3 Days After Sale): Visit customer homes to gather accurate window measurements Finalize scope of work and materials needed Collect deposits and fill out job paperwork Enter orders into the company's system

Service Work:

Perform small in-home service projects (sashes, screens, adjustments) Deliver a professional and courteous experience to every homeowner

Delivery Coordination:

Receive and verify manufacturer deliveries each week Inspect products for accuracy and quality before scheduling installs

Scheduling:

Coordinate with homeowners and crews to schedule installations Keep records updated and accurate throughout the job lifecycle Who This Is For A self-motivated, detail-oriented professional Someone who enjoys fieldwork and independence with a flexible schedule Great communicator with strong time management skills Experience with windows, doors, or construction is a major plus Comfortable with measuring tools and basic digital systems

Compensation Base Pay:

$5,000/month ($60,000 annually) as a 1099 contractor

Incentive Pay:

Additional commissions for in-home upsells and added work (5% commission on Sales with average ticket being $12,000 per sale)

Estimated Annual Earnings:
