The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining quality standards, schedules, and budgets. Manage and supervise commercial, residential, and concrete construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal crews. Schedule and oversee daily job site activities. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents. Conduct site visits and quality control inspections. Identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedules or budgets. Communicate project updates to clients, management, and team members. Track project costs, change orders, and material deliveries. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation. Assist with project planning, estimating, and coordination as needed. Skills Experience managing construction projects in commercial, residential, or concrete construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Google Workspace and construction management software is preferred.
