Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final delivery Oversee budgeting, procurement, scheduling, forecasting, and cost control Coordinate closely with site leadership teams and subcontractors Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and reporting expectations Ideal Background Experience managing commercial construction projects across multiple sectors Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and project reporting Proven ability to lead projects through the full construction lifecycle Experience working on large-scale developments preferred Degree in Construction Management or a related discipline advantageous
