Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and cost control activities
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and subcontractor teams
• Run client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and reporting standards ? Ideal Candidate Profile
• delivers projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and multifamily sectors with values ranging from $5M to $140M+
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, forecasting, and cost reporting
• Experience leading projects through the full construction lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred ?
