Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shop/Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, excellent project coordination abilities, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Join our team to drive successful project outcomes and contribute to innovative construction solutions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage countertop installation projects on-site. Oversee installation crews to ensure project quality and timely completion. Communicate and coordinate with customers, contractors, and installation teams. Monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues as they arise. Assist with the scheduling and allocation of materials, tools, amd personnel. Qualifications Male 25-45 years old. Experience in remodeling, cabinetry, quartz, granite, marble or the construction industry is preferred. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution skills, and excellent communication abilities. Basic English communication skills are preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and be legally authorized to work in the
