Causey Underground Construction LLC is looking to fill the full time position of Project Manager & Estimator. CUC is a family owned and operated company located in Greenville, AL. We specialize in commercial underground utility installation (installing fiber optic cable, water lines, water mains, and sewer related projects). We are a growing company looking for a hard working, dependable individual to join our team. We are looking for someone that is dependable, has a good work ethic, is self motivated, and has the ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating:

• Prepare cost estimates
• Analyze plans and specifications
• Solicit vendor quotes
• Develop takeoffs and cost breakdowns
• Identify risks and savings
• Assist with bids

Project Management:

• Oversee projects from start to finish
• Develop schedules and budgets
• Manage crews and subcontractors
• Track progress and ensure deadlines
• Ensure safety compliance
