Project Manager Thrive Outdoor Inc Huntsville, AL Job Details $65,000 - $85,000 a year 2 hours ago Qualifications Team development Driver's License Training Full Job Description We are seeking an individual who is well-versed in many of the most important aspects of a company's success. A project manager is the company's eyes and ear on project sites. This position ensures work is done according to plan while managing and motivating team members, working with the administrative team, and vendors to coordinate successful project installations and site management. This professional has mastered various filed talks including safety compliance, equipment operation, project installation, landscape management, etc. Project Managers, AKA "Thrive Experience Leaders", regularly draw upon strengths in problem solving, detail management, and working with people. The Experience Leader will participate in production meetings for each new project, handle customer concerns in a timely manner, manage the installation process. Must actively support and contribute to the Company's Safety Program, promote and maintain safe working conditions, and ensure safe operation procedures while loading/unloading equipment. Assist in analysis of crew's performance, ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, ensure that proper crews, materials, and equipment are scheduled for each project. This position requires 3 years of Landscape Industry Experience, strong work ethic, ability to produce above average results, good organizational skills, the ability to train and develop crew members, be dependable and able to see tasks through to completion. Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and meet physical/body position requirements as stated by the Americans with Disabilities Act Section 4.0.
