Assistant Project Manager (Site Manager)

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing automation production line projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. Duties 1. Support project planning, onsite safety/quality control, and subcontractor management. 2. Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution with clients/vendors. 3. Manage onsite materials, budgets, and issue tracking.

BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field . 2. 1+ years BIW project management experience preferred. Automotive OEM project exposure a plus. Top recent graduates considered. 3. Fluent English (written/spoken) ; Chinese working proficiency required. 4. Willing to travel domestically within US (>40%). 5. Strong project management/communication skills.
