Job Summary This role is responsible for integrating and managing assembly-related schedules to support the successful execution of technical and process changes for new projects. The position serves as the central interface for timeline coordination, ensuring data accuracy, cross-functional alignment, and early identification of conflicts across installation and commissioning activities through structured planning and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and align all assembly-related milestones to avoid scheduling conflicts impacting technical changes, installation, or commissioning Own and maintain fully up-to-date and accurate assembly timelines within C-Place Collaborate closely with responsible planners to ensure sufficient planning detail for proactive conflict identification and mitigation Plan, facilitate, and lead cross-functional deep-dive workshops to validate schedule inputs, resolve timing discrepancies, and drive alignment Support the development and harmonization of detailed stakeholder schedules, integrating them into the C-Place master plan Enable detailed coordination and installation sequencing using tools such as Excel, MS Project, or equivalent Coordinate and align Lift Assistant activities to ensure synchronization with overall assembly timelines and installation plans Required Qualifications Experience in project, program, or production planning within complex, multi-stakeholder environments Strong understanding of milestone-based planning, installation sequencing, and commissioning processes Proven ability to manage schedules, identify risks, and resolve conflicts across cross-functional teams Hands-on experience with planning and scheduling tools, including master planning systems, Excel, and MS Project Strong communication, coordination, and workshop facilitation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or industrial project environments Prior ownership or advanced use of C-Place or comparable master planning tools Background in technical or process change implementation High attention to detail combined with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working styleSimilar remote jobs
