Required Skills and Experience:

Experience managing the delivery of multiple projects concurrently that have moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk, and that involve multiple business areas and owners. Prior experience in coordinating information across multiple systems, process documentation, and basic reporting skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience managing the delivery of multiple projects concurrently that have moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk, and that involve multiple business areas and owners. Experience utilizing various reporting tools to analyze and report finding on past, current, and upcoming project initiatives. Exposure interacting daily with product managers, support teams and cross-functional business teams to ensure that the previously created program plans and schedules are completed. Prior experience developing continuous improvement strategies, process documentation, and reporting dashboards utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Lucernex.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Candidates will be expected to collaborate with peers to drive solutions and influence decisions while contributing to continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities include:

Scheduling, facilitating, and tracking notes from cross-functional meetings and teams regarding project objectives. Creating and maintaining reporting of assigned projects. Supporting workstreams related to Refrigeration and permanent power installations at distribution centers. Driving communication and coordination across stakeholders to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
