Summary Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Report and escalate to management as needed Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Perform other related duties as assigned Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs Maintaining and updating calendars, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information. Informing relevant parties about schedule updates, changes, and cancellations. Balancing multiple tasks and priorities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion. Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts, finding solutions that minimize disruption. Monitoring scheduling metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on scheduling performance. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Knowledge of Design software; Project Management software's and Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Ability to plan and manage multiple projects accurately and on time for customers.
