Job Description

Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Ensure resource availability and allocation across project teams.

Prepare and present reports for upper management regarding project status and progress.

Track project performance, specifically analyzing the completion of short and long-term goals.

Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs and support project planning.

Maintain and update project calendars, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information for stakeholders.

Communicate schedule updates, changes, and cancellations to relevant parties.

Balance multiple tasks and priorities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of deliverables.

Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively find solutions that minimize disruption.

Monitor scheduling metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report on scheduling performance.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications High school diploma and 2 years related experience and training.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Knowledge of Design software; Project Management software's and Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Ability to plan and manage multiple projects accurately and on time for customers.
