- Manage project schedules, priorities, action items, risks, milestones, and deliverables across multiple active aircraft programs.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, flight operations, certification representatives, and senior leadership.
- Track project status, identify risks or delays, and communicate clear updates, decisions, and next steps to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support engineering change, production support, and certification-related activity by coordinating reviews, approvals, documentation, implementation plans, and follow-up actions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace, Engineering, Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field; equivalent aviation/aerospace program experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of project management, program management, operations coordination, production support, or cross-functional leadership experience in aviation, aerospace, aircraft manufacturing, aircraft modification, defense, or a related technical environment.
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple departments such as engineering, production, quality, supply chain, certification, operations, or leadership.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, schedules, deadlines, risks, and action items.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced aircraft production, development, or technical operations environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in general aviation, aircraft manufacturing, aircraft modification, aircraft completions, MRO, defense aviation, or aerospace production.
- Experience supporting FAA certification, airworthiness, compliance documentation, test planning, STC activity, type design changes, or similar regulated aviation programs.
- Familiarity with engineering change processes, configuration management, production support, or aircraft build issue resolution.
- PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other project/program management training or certification. Personal attributes that support your success:
- High intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial, creative thinker and problem-solver, fast learner, with demonstrated initiative.
