  • 12:30pm M-F $20/Hour Job Details Our client is seeking a Product Coordinator to join their Project Management team in Bentonville, AR.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment while playing a central part in ensuring products are prepared, tracked, and displayed effectively. The Product Coordinator serves as the organizational hub for managing merchandise flow, supporting design and project teams, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Job Summary:
The Product Coordinator will be responsible for receiving and handling product samples, managing inventory, preparing displays, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams. This position blends physical product handling with administrative coordination, making it vital to the success of retail and display programs. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and document incoming samples and merchandise. Validate shipments for accuracy and communicate discrepancies promptly. Maintain accurate inventory tracking across multiple locations. Physically place and adjust merchandise into display units for presentation. Collaborate with designers to ensure proper product positioning and aesthetics. Serve as the point of contact for multiple vendors to manage product flow. Document displays with photos for internal and external communication. Coordinate product disposition, including returns, donations, or disposal. Support project management with task tracking, requests, and prototype coordination. Assist the design team with display and box assembly as needed. Qualifications Highly organized, with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills for working with vendors, buyers, and internal teams. Ability to track multiple products across varied locations without misplacement. Process-oriented mindset with the ability to streamline systems and improve reporting. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines. Proficiency with basic computer programs; ability to learn tracking systems.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in business, project management, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in product coordination, project support, inventory management, or display preparation strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift and move up to 35 lbs as part of display preparation and product handling. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shifting priorities.
