• Hybrid (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

• Job Description:

• + Establishes the project's critical path and ensures all phases align with the agreed timeline. + Supports project teams in troubleshooting and resolving unforeseen issues. + Develops and monitors all phases of the project budget. + Communicates project status to stakeholders, team members, and other project managers, including progress, risks, and issues impacting delivery.

• Responsibilities:

• + Manages internal and external resources to ensure the project team has the required skill sets to successfully complete BAS installation projects.

+ Manages customer expectations and proactively addresses any gaps. + Owns, manages, and secures approvals for all change requests, particularly those impacting scope and budget. + Ensures the project team adheres to client-defined standards and processes. + Prioritizes issues for resolution, hold, or escalation. + Ensures system installation and performance meet customer expectations and quality standards. + Orders project Bill of Materials as specified. + Creates and maintains project timelines and milestones, with regular communication to all stakeholders. + Coordinates on-site system checkout and commissioning with programmers and subcontractors. + Oversees completion and timely delivery of all project closeout documentation and software. + Measures and approves project financial milestones. + Delivers an exceptional customer experience.

• Experience:

• + Experience coordinating on‑site installation, system checkout, and commissioning with field teams, programmers, and subcontractors while managing customer expectations.

• Skillsets:

• + Experience managing Building Automation System (BAS) installation projects. + Budget & Change Management. + Experience coordinating on‑site installation, system checkout, and commissioning with field teams, programmers, and subcontractors while managing customer expectations.

• Education:

• + Minimum High school diploma.
