- Schedule, facilitate, and document outcomes from cross-functional and vendor-facing meetings, ensuring clarity around project scope, deliverables, and next steps.
- Create and maintain project reporting, including cost tracking, PO status, risks, and upcoming milestones.
- Coordinate purchase order (PO) creation and lifecycle management, including: o Supporting Walmart project managers with PO requests (e.g., cables, generators, electrical trades). o Verifying budgets and cost alignment using Lucernex and SAP. o Uploading and maintaining PO documentation and related financial records.
- Serve as a point of support for vendor inquiries and IP2P-related requests, helping vendors log into systems, navigate CSR processes, and resolve basic issues.
- Utilize QuickBase PO reports to track incoming requests and help streamline intake into a more automated and efficient process.
- Partner with peers and leadership to identify process improvement opportunities, reduce manual effort, and enable greater operational efficiency.
- Drive ongoing communication and coordination across stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of project deliverables.

https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- Experience managing the delivery of multiple concurrent projects with moderate to high business or technical complexity and risk, involving multiple stakeholders and business owners.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating information across multiple systems, including financial, procurement, and project tracking tools (Lucernex, SAP, QuickBase, or similar enterprise platforms).
- Experience utilizing reporting and dashboard tools to analyze and report on past, current, and upcoming project initiatives (Tableau, Power BI, or Lucernex).
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical, operational, and business teams to ensure program plans and schedules are executed as intended.
- Experience supporting purchase order (PO) creation and tracking, including budget validation, cost alignment, and documentation uploads.
- Familiarity with vendor support and IP2P processes, including assisting vendors with system access, issue resolution, and intake request tracking.
