We serve clients worldwide and maintain a network of international suppliers to deliver high-quality, mission-critical products. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our project management team in an entry-level role supporting projects related to ammunition and propellant development, production, supply chain coordination, and client deliverables within a highly regulated defense environment. This role supports project execution for ammunition and propellant manufacturing programs and provides strong opportunities for professional growth. This position is based on-site in Cabot, Arkansas . Some domestic and international travel (approximately 15-25%) may be required. Key Responsibilities Support senior Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects on schedule and within budget Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain Assist with managing relationships with international suppliers and clients Maintain project documentation, schedules, risk registers, and status reports Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed Participate in project meetings and prepare presentations for stakeholders Support process improvement initiatives across project workflows Travel occasionally for supplier visits, client meetings, and industry events Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience) 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships, co-ops, or entry-level coordination roles preferred) Strong organizational and documentation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally Valid passport required U.S. Citizenship required due to
