Job Description

Professional Centerton, AR 1st Shift $17-25/Hour Job Details Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Installations Project Coordinator to join their growing team in Centerton, AR. This position plays a critical role in coordinating installation projects from start to finish by working closely with builders, customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, be comfortable reviewing construction plans and blueprints, and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Installations Project Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, helping customers select products, coordinating orders, conducting site inspections, and resolving issues as they arise. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate installation projects from planning through completion
Serve as a primary point of contact for builders, contractors, and customers
Assist customers with product selection and project recommendations
Process and track product orders to ensure timely delivery
Review floor plans, blueprints, and project specifications
Conduct worksite walk-throughs and inspections to verify project readiness and quality standards
Handle customer concerns, warranty issues, and product claims in a professional manner
Communicate project updates and timelines to customers and internal teams
Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process
Assist with inventory and material coordination as needed
Operate forklifts and assist with material movement when required
Support additional project and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Previous experience in project coordination, construction, flooring, installations, or a related field preferred
Ability to read and interpret floor plans and blueprints
Strong computer skills and proficiency with common business software applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to work effectively with customers, builders, and vendors
Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
Flooring industry experience is highly preferred
