Project Manager Opportunity - Site Development / Civil Construction 📍 Fayetteville, Arkansas A growing and highly respected site development contractor in Northwest Arkansas is confidentially seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This company has built a strong reputation throughout the region for delivering high-quality excavation, grading, utility, concrete, and site preparation projects with a strong emphasis on professionalism, precision, and client relationships. Their work includes commercial, residential, and infrastructure-related site development projects throughout the Fayetteville / Northwest Arkansas market. Responsibilities Manage multiple site development and civil construction projects from pre-construction through completion Coordinate scheduling, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and project timelines Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and project profitability Work closely with field operations, superintendents, estimators, and ownership Maintain strong communication with clients, municipalities, engineers, and project stakeholders Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality/safety expectations Assist in problem-solving and keeping projects moving efficiently in fast-paced environments Ideal Background Experience in civil/site development construction Background in excavation, grading, utilities, concrete, earthwork, or heavy civil/site work projects Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working in both office and field environments Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management Proficient with construction management software and project tracking systems What They're Looking For Self-motivated leader Team-oriented mindset Strong sense of urgency and accountability Solutions-driven personality Someone who takes pride in building quality projects and strong relationships Compensation will be competitive and based on experience, with long-term growth potential available for the right individual.
