We are looking for closers. "Applicants with only retail cashier, basic customer service, or counter sales experience will not be considered unless they can show proven closing ability." We are a growing roofing and exterior company serving Arkansas, Tennessee, and surrounding markets. We are building a serious team and we are only interested in candidates who understand sales, follow-up, customer communication, and what it means to produce results. This position is for someone who has real sales experience and wants the opportunity to grow with a company that is serious about building something long term. What You'll Be Doing You will be responsible for generating opportunities, inspecting properties, meeting with homeowners, explaining damage, helping guide customers through the roofing process, following up consistently, and managing jobs from inspection to completion. This role will require door knocking, running leads, meeting homeowners, documenting damage, communicating with insurance companies when needed, and staying organized throughout the entire project.
