Job Duties:
Project Management & Process Optimization Stakeholder Alignment:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define organizational objectives and build tailored project management plans and roadmaps.
Process Improvement:
Analyze project documentation, workflows, and data to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce acquisition onboarding cycle times.
Continuous Improvement:
Establish feedback loops and post-mortem sessions to identify trends and continuously refine project management processes
M&A Integration Leadership End-to-End Integration:
Lead the full integration process for newly acquired clinics from LOI through post-close, serving as the central coordinator between M&A, Operations, Clinical Leadership, and functional teams. 90-
Day Timeline Delivery:
Drive acquisitions to completion within a strict 90-day timeline by keeping workstreams on task, managing deadlines, and proactively mitigating risks.
Due Diligence Partnership:
Partner with Clinic Operations during due diligence to identify operational risks, gaps, and efficiency opportunities early in the acquisition lifecycle.
Integration Support:
Work closely with the Integration Area Manager to bridge gaps between clinical staff and leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
Communication & Risk Management Governance & Reporting:
Facilitate seamless cross-functional communication by conducting daily/weekly checkpoint updates and implementing structured status reporting.
Risk Mitigation:
Identify potential project and acquisition risks early, developing proactive strategies to prevent timeline derailment.
Training & Enablement:
Conduct training sessions for project teams and key stakeholders on project methodologies and integration principles.
Performance Tracking:
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project outcomes and long-term integration success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Some travel may be required for this role. Proven experience as a Project Management Consultant or in a similar role: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
