Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to generate leads, conduct inspections, and close roofing projects. This role involves working directly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal project teams to deliver high-quality roofing solutions while meeting sales targets. Responsibilities:
Generate leads through canvassing and referrals Conduct roof inspections and meet with homeowners Present roofing solutions and assist with insurance claims Prepare estimates and close deals Work with production teams to ensure customer satisfaction Qualities Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and coachable Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders Sales experience is a plus, not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Growth Uncapped commissions + bonuses Paid training and ongoing mentorship Training $1,000 per week for four weeks Flexible schedule Clear advancement path (Sales → Leadership → Management)
