Minimum High-school diploma or GED Preferred 1+ years of experience in an office environment. 1 year of experience in MS Office including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams. Applicable work experience in an Architectural or Engineering consulting firm. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint of similar ERP. The Project Manager Assistant position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks under limited supervision to support the production teams. This candidate will be specifically responsible for assisting the Engineering team. The right candidate has a strong understanding of the office environment including scheduling, coordination of documents, and data entry with a high level of attention to detail and organization. Experience within the A/E industry is a plus. Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
