You will oversee all phases of restoration projects while maintaining excellent client relationships. The base pay is $50,000 and there is an opportunity to earn commission on closed jobs. Duties Lead and supervise restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to develop detailed project plans and schedules Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of work Provide leadership and mentorship to team members Experience Proven supervising experience in restoration or related field Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and tasks effectively Experience with full service insurance restoration is highly desirable Familiarity with project management principles Excellent communication skills with clients, vendors, and team members is a must
