• Big Red Electric is a growing commercial and industrial electrical contractor based in Springdale, Arkansas. We're looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator / General Manager to take ownership of our estimating process and help lead day-to-day operations as we scale. This is a dual-role position built for someone who is as comfortable reading plans as they are leading people.

• WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Prepare accurate, competitive bids for commercial and industrial electrical projects from concept through closeout
• Oversee field operations and project management, keeping crews and clients aligned
• Track project financials, labor productivity, and material costs to hit margin targets
• Build and maintain relationships with GCs, owners, and vendors to grow our pipeline

• WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven electrical estimating experience in commercial and industrial work — this is required, not preferred
• Industrial service experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable with estimating software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communicator — you can represent Big Red Electric in front of clients, GCs, and your crew with equal confidence
• Self-directed — someone who wants ownership of a role, not just a job
