This role is responsible for overseeing multiple electrical construction projects from planning through completion while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of completion Consult with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements for new construction and renovation projects Prepare and review project designs, specifications, materials, equipment, estimated costs, and construction timelines Develop project layouts and coordinate engineering elements into cohesive project plans Perform project cost management, budgeting, and forecasting Understand and manage insurance and bonding requirements, including Builder's Risk (BR) and General Liability (GL) Develop trade scopes and prepare subcontract agreements Create and maintain detailed project schedules Perform advanced quantity take-offs Oversee procurement of materials and equipment Manage subcontractor relationships, performance, and coordination Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications & Requirements Strong knowledge of: Accounting and progress billing Risk management and safety procedures Budget and schedule control Submittals and change orders Quality control and project close-out processes Project documentation and reporting Experience with project management tools and software Knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws, building codes, and NEC regulations OSHA 10 certification preferred or currently in progress Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
