Utilize project management tools via BuilderTrend for tracking progress and managing tasks. Conduct data collection and analysis to inform decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Manage requirements gathering and documentation to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders through regular updates and reports. Ensure adherence to project management best practices. Skills Proficiency in BuilderTrend is a plus. Strong understanding of construction remodeling process for both residential and commercial settings. Expertise in requirements management to capture stakeholder needs effectively. Excellent analytical skills for data collection and root cause analysis. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to lead teams with a collaborative approach while maintaining focus on project goals.
