$130,000 Senior Project Manager - Construction (Multi-Family Residential) We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale multi-family residential construction projects. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee all phases of construction while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead comprehensive project planning and scheduling from pre-construction through completion Manage and mentor project teams, fostering accountability and strong performance Oversee project budgets, including cost tracking and forecasting per project Ensure adherence to quality standards and enforce strict safety protocols on all job sites Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to drive project success

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing multi-family residential construction projects valued at $80M-$100M+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop high-performing teams Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control Deep understanding of construction quality and safety standards Excellent communication and client relationship management skills Must be willing to travel to job sites on the reservation
