This is the first point of contact for every install customer and the steady hand that keeps each project organized from inquiry through completion. This is an admin and permitting role for someone who is highly organized, who follows documented processes, and who delivers excellent customer service across phone, text, and email. About HomeField East Valley HomeField East Valley is a woman-owned home services company based in Gilbert, Arizona, serving roughly 6,000 customers across the East Valley with septic pumping, maintenance, repairs, inspections, and commercial grease trap services. Our installs division is growing, and we are looking for the right person to support our customers and our installs team through every stage of a project. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for incoming install customer inquiries and accurately gather customer and project information Walk customers through what to expect from the septic permitting process so they feel informed at every stage Communicate consistently with customers across phone, text, and email throughout estimating, permitting, and installation Learn to prepare and submit septic permits with Maricopa and Pinal Counties (training provided) Develop a thorough understanding of how our estimates are built so you can clearly explain every line item to customers Collect and organize job data from completed installs to support accurate, timely estimating Process installation referrals received from our service department and create well-organized project records in JobNimbus Coordinate with vendors, county offices, and internal teams to keep projects moving Follow established standard operating procedures and checklists for every recurring task What We're Looking For Two or more years in a customer service, administrative, or coordinator role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow standard operating procedures and checklists consistently Excellent written and verbal communication on phone, text, and email Comfortable making outbound calls to customers, vendors, and government offices Reliable and punctual, with consistent in-person availability at our Gilbert office High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Experience Home services, construction, or trades experience Permit submission experience (Maricopa or Pinal County is a plus) JobNimbus or similar project management software experience Experience supporting an estimator, project manager, or operations leader Compensation Details Base hourly pay of $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, this role is eligible for three monthly performance bonuses:

Team Performance Bonus:

$400 per month when the installs team meets its monthly sales goal

Process & Speed Bonus:

Up to $200 per month, based on permit submission speed, first-submission accuracy, and paperwork completeness

Customer Experience Bonus:

Up to $200 per month, based on customer review scores, escalation-free service, and consistent communication on active jobs.

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
