Job Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 3-5
years construction experience (electrical preferred); 2 years trade school/college or journeyman equivalent. Proficient in Procore and Adobe/PDF editing; adept at reading blueprints/submittals/specs/one-lines. Working knowledge of ATS/UPS/switchgear; exposure to commissioning and
EPMS/SCADA
concepts.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Plan and coordinate installation means and methods aligned to design basis; verify compliance and quality. Interface with owner reps, subcontractors, FSRs, and commissioning agents; facilitate issue resolution and schedule alignment. Drive commissioning readiness (e.g., pre-functional checks, load-soak prep) and maintain structured reporting. o Lead field documentation in Procore; manage punch lists, PTP verifications, and safety walkdowns (LOTO/PPE). Maintain documentation (photos, checklists, punch items) and communicate status/risks to project leadership and the customer. Serve as onsite point-of-contact when leadership is offsite; escalate issues and keep schedule moving.
Compensation :
$50/hr to $55/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
