This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Manage onsite trade activities, including coordination of materials from design and fabrication through delivery and final installation. Track, review, and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors. Manage cost control and issue resolution, including change orders, RFIs, and proactive identification of potential risks. Assume ownership of overall project execution beyond assigned trade contracts. Read, interpret, and apply construction design documents and specifications. Lead with integrity and exemplify Holder's culture by mentoring and developing junior associates on the project.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience. Outstanding communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment. Basic understanding of construction tools like Bluebeam, SketchUp, Navisworks, BIM360, etc.
