Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lighting Project Manager Assistant to support our electrical lighting PM team. The right candidate will bring a solid understanding of commercial lighting scopes, material lists, and project coordination fundamentals, and will be confident managing priorities and communicating across all phases of a project. This is an in-office role reporting to the Project Manager Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities Support the electrical lighting PM with day-to-day project coordination tasks Review and interpret customer purchase orders and ensure accuracy against project scope Track and communicate project schedules and priority shifts across all phases of commercial lighting work Monitor material needs and assist with managing typical commercial lighting material lists Coordinate internal communications to keep project milestones on track Flag scheduling conflicts, scope changes, and delivery issues proactively Maintain organized project documentation and assist with reporting as needed Required Qualifications Working knowledge of commercial electrical lighting scope of work and typical material components Ability to read and understand customer POs and project documentation Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment Self-directed and confident working independently with minimal oversight Prior experience in an electrical, construction, or project coordination role preferred Benefits and Compensation Pay rate: $23-$29/hr depending on experience Monday-Friday schedule, consistent in-office hours Opportunity to grow within a well-established electrical contracting organization Why Work With Us You'll work alongside an experienced PM team, gain exposure to a full range of commercial lighting projects, and build a career in a company that values the people who keep projects running.
