About Maxim Restoration At Maxim Restoration, we restore more than properties—we restore peace of mind. Our team specializes in helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage through quality reconstruction, clear communication, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead reconstruction projects from estimate approval through final completion. Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for managing residential and commercial rebuild projects, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the restoration process. This role requires strong construction knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Xactimate . Responsibilities Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish Create and review estimates using Xactimate Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries Conduct job site visits and quality control inspections Communicate regularly with homeowners, property managers, insurance carriers, and adjusters Monitor project profitability and job costs Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Resolve project issues quickly and professionally Maintain accurate job documentation and progress reports Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
