  • Electrical Construction (Industrial) Position Summary This role is responsible for managing and directing industrial electrical construction projects from startup through closeout.
The Project Manager ensures full compliance with contract documents, including plans, specifications, permits, schedules, and cost controls. This position coordinates internal teams, field operations, vendors, and clients to successfully deliver projects that meet scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
Reporting Relationship Reports to:
Vice President, Operations
  • Arizona Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and manage: Subcontracts Jobsite labor manuals Shop drawings and layout drawings Project budgets and schedules of values As‑builts and O&M manuals Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules Support workforce planning by coordinating hiring, transfers, and staffing adjustments as required to maintain job continuity Develop and execute a comprehensive project strategy plan Prepare, negotiate, and issue purchase orders Obtain and manage all required permits Prepare and submit monthly client billings Maintain control of current drawings, specifications, and product data Manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications & Preferred Skills Proven leadership ability with strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple industrial projects simultaneously 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project management, with industrial project exposure Strong cost control skills, including: Time and cost reporting Change order preparation and processing Cash flow and budget management Demonstrated ability to proactively resolve field and contractual issues Sound working knowledge of applicable electrical and building codes, including:
NEC UBC LSC NFPA
Proficient in project management and construction software tools Strong commitment to jobsite safety and regulatory compliance Compensation $125,000
