This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on client coordination, financial management, subcontractor oversight, and successful project execution. Role and Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through turnover on ground up construction projects Develop and maintain project budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, and monthly financial reporting Lead subcontractor procurement including bid leveling, scope reviews, contract negotiations, and buyout Coordinate with field leadership to ensure schedule execution aligns with project milestones and client expectations Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control throughout all phases of construction Lead OAC meetings and maintain communication with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors Monitor project performance related to cost, schedule, quality, and risk management Coordinate MEP scopes and support resolution of technical and constructability challenges Review construction documents and assist with preconstruction planning, logistics, and phasing strategies Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company operational procedures Support commissioning, closeout documentation, punch list management, and owner turnover activities Mentor Project Engineers and support development of junior project staff Projects & Scope Ground up commercial construction Mission critical and data center facilities Industrial and advanced manufacturing projects Healthcare and higher education construction Fast track and technically complex projects with significant MEP coordination Core and shell, tenant improvement, and phased construction environments Qualifications and Experience 5+ years of experience in construction project management
Required:
Experience managing ground up commercial or industrial construction projects
Required:
Strong understanding of project financials, subcontract management, and scheduling
Preferred:
Experience with mission critical, data center, healthcare, or advanced manufacturing projects
Preferred:
