$80 What's the Job? Lead and coordinate organizational change management efforts across multiple projects and teams. Develop and implement communication strategies, materials, and content to ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement. Establish governance frameworks and oversee sponsor coalition activities to support project success. Manage integration of key programs, including PKI and OCM Roadmap execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards. Generate and distribute applicable metrics to monitor progress and inform decision-making processes. What's Needed? 7+ years of experience at the program level, with a proven track record in organizational change management. Certifications in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and experience with data protection, certificates, or cryptography are highly desirable. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to navigate and influence diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong communication and documentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and effectively. Experience managing large-scale programs with a focus on governance, metrics, and strategic alignment. What's in it for me?
