Project Coordinator Location:
Phoenix, Arizona •Please note: This role is not eligible for remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Phoenix area• Who You'll Work With Our Delivery teams help organizations of all kinds redefine what's possible, give shape to the future—and get there. Our teams go beyond the expected to help clients move confidently through ambiguity and risk and drive more transformative outcomes. What You'll Do Coordinate day-to-day project operations across multiple workstreams Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies Maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation Facilitate recurring meetings (standups, status reviews, stakeholder updates) Capture notes, action items, and ensure follow-through on deliverables Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to manage timelines and risks Support escalation tracking and issue resolution workflows Maintain reporting dashboards and provide updates to leadership Ensure compliance with client processes, tools, and governance standards What You'll Bring 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project support Strong organizational and time management skills Experience supporting large, cross-functional projects Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment Experience in utilities, energy, or regulated environments preferred About Us Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, q ualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
