About the Role We are seeking a versatile and proactive Project Coordinator to support high-end residential projects. This individual thrives on moving quickly, turning chaos into structure, ability to assist on new opportunities and excelling in a dynamic environment with opportunities to grow and expand skills. They will work closely with the owner, project managers and subcontractors, occasionally interfacing with clients, and will have hands-on involvement in high-profile projects, including the Showcase of Homes, making a real impact on every build and contributing to the long-term success and growth of the company. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple luxury residential builds
- Maintain and update project schedules, logs, and project documentation
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Assist Project Managers with budgeting support, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
- Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Anticipate project needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
- Step in where needed, wearing many hats to support both office and field operations
- Perform effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role in construction or real estate
- Proven ability to work independently, follow instructions precisely, and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable stepping into different roles and taking ownership of tasks as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with confidence in client-facing interactions
- Proficiency with construction software and project tracking tools Preferred Skills & Traits
- Experience with high-end or custom home builders
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
