Job Description:

Seeking a program manager with over 15 years of experience in Program Management to lead project planning and governance initiatives Job Description Lead and oversee the planning and execution of complex programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals Develop and implement robust project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and risk mitigation Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive program delivery and optimize resource allocation Monitor program performance metrics and provide strategic insights to senior leadership Foster continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies Act as a key advisor for project planning and governance best practices within the organization Roles and Responsibilities Define program objectives scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Establish and maintain program governance structures including steering committees and reporting mechanisms Manage program risks issues and dependencies proactively to ensure successful delivery Lead project planning activities including scheduling budgeting and resource management Ensure compliance with organizational policies standards and regulatory requirements Mentor and guide project managers and other team members to enhance their capabilities Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple projects and teams to achieve program goals

This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
